Throughout the term, our Seniors are guided through core theatre techniques in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment. We’re passionate about creating a space where every student feels confident to be themselves and grow - both on stage and off.
Each week, students take part in dynamic workshops that explore all aspects of theatre. These skills are then put into practice through a performance, either in our main performance space or on a professional stage. Over the term, students will develop confidence, creativity, and technique exploring the full spectrum of theatre: acting technique, scene and text work, devising, musical theatre, ensemble skills, and creative collaboration.
In previous terms we have performed and explored shows such as Bryony Lavery's 'It Snows' and 'Blood Brothers' and explored the likes of comedy, physical theatre, musical theatre, improvisation and script-work.
Every term ends with a performance for friends and family, including a full scale production each year on a professional stage!
This term all three of our Senior classes are in rehearsals for '13 JR' which will be performed at the cornerHOUSE this Christmas!
