Same old story. Boy doesn't meet Girl. Girl doesn't meet Boy. Threatened by terrifying Lads Gang. Threatened by awe-inspiring Girls Gang. Mum and Dad have declared war... against each other. Weird neighbour in the building opposite. Usual ordinary gloominess. Then, one day, it snows. Everything changes.
A touching and uplifting story of friendship from acclaimed writer Bryony Lavery, this is a magical show you don't want to miss this festive season!
'It Snows' is being performed following all government guidelines as part of our Ages 11-15 Weekly Theatre Academy, you can find out how to join the cast by clicking here.
Please note 'It Snows' was due to run from 4th-5th December, however due to recent lockdown restrictions the production will run from the 29th-30th January. All ticket holders have been contacted and tickets remain valid for the new dates.
Ensuring our audiences feel safe and comfortable when they attend 'It Snows' is so pivotal to us. The following regulations will be in place for all performances. By booking your tickets you're agreeing to the following guidelines. Please note these guidelines may change along with government regulations. We will contact you via email prior to your visit to update you on any changes to the guidelines.
All audience members will be required to wear a face mask inside the theatre at all times, including during the performance.
You cannot book more then 6 tickets per party. All tickets purchased together must be from the same bubble.
Each bubble will be social distanced from each other in the auditorium by at least 1m. Seating will be configured to allow for social distancing with a reduced capacity.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the theatre.
All tickets will be paperless. You will be sent your ticket to your phone to present upon arrival. All tickets must be pre-booked.
One way systems will be in place where possible.
New cleaning regimes are in place, including a deep clean of the auditiorium following every performance.
Please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks in. However we do ask you to bring as little extra baggage as possible as there are no cloakroom facilites.
Toilets will be open and will be cleaned before each audience arrive.
Audience members displaying COVID-19 symptoms are requested to self-isolate as per government guidelines and not attend the performance. Tickets can be exchanged for a voucher towards a future South Side Theatre production.
If the production is delayed due to COVID-19 then all tickets will remain valid for the new dates. If the production is cancelled then a full refund will be offered.
The cast will be following social distancing and government guidelines throughout the rehearsal process and production.

There are no cloakroom facilities at the cornerHOUSE.
The cornerHOUSE is accessible by wheelchair-users and people with restricted mobility, being on a single level with step-free entry from the pavement. When booking tickets please do add access requirements in the seating requests section.
Surbiton Station & Tolworth Station
It is best to use public transport to get to the cornerHOUSE. Please ensure you follow all Government Guidelines upon your travel to the theatre.
The nearest train station is Tolworth overground which is approximately 20 minutes walk away, or you can pick up the 406 or 418 bus and get off at the top of Douglas road. Surbiton station is 25 minutes walk or you can also catch the K1 bus.
Please note that if you use your own car there is no dedicated parking at the cornerHOUSE and it is usually difficult to park nearby.
Buses 281, 406 and 418 stop regularly at the end of Douglas Road , bus K1 stops near the end of Ravenscar Road (ask for Tolworth Hospital) and bus 71 stops in the Hook Road (ask for Thornhill Road).
